Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due in person before your rental begins. CANCELLATIONS 48+ Hours Before Your Reservation: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental to receive a full refund of your deposit. You may also reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability. 24–48 Hours Before Your Reservation: Your deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to another available rental date. Less Than 24 Hours / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation and no-shows will forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for a refund or credit. WEATHER Your safety comes first. Florida weather can change quickly, so rain or storms in the forecast do not automatically mean your reservation is canceled. If we determine that weather or water conditions are unsafe, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel your rental. If we cancel your rental due to unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit. Please do not assume your rental is canceled unless you hear from us. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental for check-in, waivers, safety instructions, and equipment fitting. Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental, and your rental will still end at the originally scheduled time. REQUIREMENTS Guests are responsible for arriving with required identification, completed waivers, and any required Florida boating safety documentation. Failure to meet rental requirements will be treated as a guest cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the deposit. By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Weather Policy.
