CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY
We understand that plans can change and Florida weather can be unpredictable. Our goal is to keep our cancellation policy fair to our guests while protecting reserved rental times.
By making a reservation with The Jet Ski Guy, you acknowledge and agree to the following Cancellation & Weather Policy.
Payment & Reservation Confirmation
All booking requests are subject to approval.
Once your booking request is approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided at booking. Full payment is due within 24 hours of approval to secure your reservation.
Your reservation is not considered secured until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your requested rental time may be released to another guest.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
7 Days or More Before Your Reservation
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund.
You may also choose to reschedule your reservation at no additional charge, subject to availability.
48 Hours–7 Days Before Your Reservation
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before your scheduled rental are eligible for a 50% refund.
Alternatively, you may apply 100% of the amount paid as a credit toward a future rental.
24–48 Hours Before Your Reservation
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled rental are non-refundable.
However, 100% of the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future rental.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Reservation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled rental are non-refundable and are not eligible for future rental credit or complimentary rescheduling.
All rental credits must be used within 6 months of the original reservation date and are subject to availability.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and do not contact us will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for future rental credit or complimentary rescheduling.
Weather & Unsafe Conditions
Your safety comes first.
Florida weather can change quickly. Rain, clouds, wind, or storms appearing in the forecast do not automatically mean that a rental will be canceled.
Please plan to arrive for your reservation unless you have been contacted by our team.
The Jet Ski Guy reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a rental if we determine that weather, water conditions, lightning, storms, visibility, or other circumstances make operation unsafe.
If The Jet Ski Guy cancels your rental before it begins due to unsafe conditions, you may choose to:
• Reschedule for another available date or time, or
• Receive a full refund.
If conditions are considered safe to operate but you choose not to participate because of the weather or forecast, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Weather During Your Rental
If unsafe weather develops after your rental has begun, our team may require riders to return to the designated rental area.
Depending on how much of the rental has been completed and the circumstances, The Jet Ski Guy may provide a prorated credit or rescheduling option at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in and a brief safety orientation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental period. Rental time cannot be guaranteed to be extended due to late arrival, and late arrival does not qualify for a refund.
Rental & Boater Safety Requirements
Guests are responsible for reviewing and meeting all rental requirements before arriving.
This includes bringing required identification, completing all required waivers and rental agreements, and satisfying any applicable Florida boating safety requirements.
Guests who are unable to participate because they do not meet the required age, identification, boating safety, documentation, or other rental requirements will be subject to our standard cancellation policy and may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation deadlines are based on the scheduled start time of your reservation.
